Our bootcamps are designed to help you achieve your goals through consistent, week-long training, elevating your skills holistically and making tangible progress compared to the short courses, so if you have your Beginner certification but don’t yet feel ready to get your Advanced certification due to the more demanding performance requirements and so on, or if you are preparing for a Freedive competition, this is for you!

Priced per week and extendable, each intensity option provides varying levels of training intensity based on the number of coached sessions offered. The low intensity option is lighter, offering more dry days (four in a week), while the medium intensity provides three dry days and the high intensity provides two dry days.

Low Intensity Freedive Bootcamp (Priced per week and extendable): Perfect for a gentle yet effective introduction to advanced techniques. Includes three coached open water sessions, allowing you to focus solely on personal development, one coached pool session, a tailored theory session, and four dry days for island exploration.

Medium Intensity Freedive Bootcamp (Priced per week and extendable): Ideal for divers seeking challenges with four Coached OW sessions, one coached pool session, and a theory class, ensuring balanced progression and three dry days.

High Intensity Freedive Bootcamp (Priced per week and extendable): Aimed at those eager to push limits with five coached open water sessions, one coached pool session, and a theory class, for maximum immersion and skill refinement, accompanied by two dry days.

Experience dedicated attention with personalized coaching sessions, eliminating the need to buddy other divers. Additionally, our theory sessions are personalised, addressing topics of your choice, such as dry training plans, competition preparation, or equalisation techniques.

  • Expert Instruction: Rest assured, our team boasts over 8 years of experience as Freedive instructors, fully certified in first aid and equipped with necessary safety gear.
